One Polka Dotty Girl

Hello lovelys!

The sun is shining today here in NY which is rare during the winter months! And surprisingly I'm in a good mood (considering I have 3 exams standing in the way of my Spring Break). So I decided to have a bright and fun outfit to match my mood :)

I keep thinking one day at a time to keep myself from getting to stressed. BUT wearing cute outfits always makes everything a little better! I hope everyone is having a fabulous day (wither you are in polka dots or not!!)

One Kate Spade Lovin' Girl

Hello my fellow Kate Spade Lovers! 

As much as I love the Kate Spade emails showing me all the new goods they have, they are so tantalizing! Here are some of my favorites from the new collection. 

This is the Bow Terrace Bradshaw handbag, so adorable! Classy, simple, and has a bow...what could go wrong here? Expect that you don't have one in all 3 colors. 

These flats are perfect! They can be dressed up and down. And yes, they have a bow! 

Black Tie Optional Triple Strand Necklace. This necklace is so classy! This is a long term purchase that will always stay in style. 

So there are my top 3 tips of bags, shoes, and jewelry from the new collection. Hopefully one or all of these pretty little items will make it into my own collection!

One Shoppin' Girl

So my trip wasn't as successful as I had hoped! BUT I did pick up a new pair of loafers. I was looking for a plain pair of loafers but every pair I found had studs/diamonds on them! So naturally I got a black pair with black jewels, as plain as they got. But they are super comfy and will go with everything!

I have a feeling these loafers are going to be worn in very fast!! They were a steal for $40 at Aldo!

One Excited Girl

Good morning! 

A week from right now I'll be on my way to Colorado for my Spring Break!! So since I'm not going on a tropical vacation, I don't need to go get any cute new shorts or swim suits. But that doesn't mean I can't go get a few new sweaters to stay cozy warm while skiing at Vail! So naturally I am on my wall to hunt down some good deals (or spoil myself??). Here's what I'm hoping to get to be the cutest ski bunny on the mountain! 

Off the mountain it's a lot warmer, so a light jacket would be perfect for walking in Vail Village (and for my spring collection!) This is the J. Crew Boyfriend fatigue jacket. 

Jackie Cardigan in stripe with anchor buttons...no need to say more! 

I have this vest in herringbone, a solid color would also look great!!

One Happy Girl

Hello everyone! 

So I finally did it, I started my first preppy girl blog! I was initially nervous to start this, because I'm not very familiar with blogging and I'm sure I'll be addicted to this next. But here goes! If you don't know me, I am @onepreppygirl on instagram and a college student struggling to fit in where fashion is considering wearing a new hoodie to class. So obviously I don't fit in very well there...I like to say that I'm a nerdy girl stuck in a wanna-be fashion student's body. I'll be the first to admit that I'm a huge geek, but my other passion is fashion! 

So follow me as I blog about keeping up with the ever so changing preppy styles! 

(Also I am giving you a fair warning that I am obsessed with my dog, Stella. So be prepared for adorable puppy pictures too!)
